Embroidery digitising converts a logo, artwork, or text into a digital stitch file, precise instructions telling an embroidery machine exactly where to place each stitch, in what direction, at what density, and in what sequence.

The difference between a professionally digitised file and a poorly digitised one is not visible on screen. It only becomes visible on the production floor, in thread breaks, puckering fabric, and garments that have to be reprinted at your cost. Most embroidery problems are not machine problems. They are file problems.

Stitch density — calculated for your fabric
Too dense and your fabric puckers. Too light and your design looks transparent. We calculate density based on your specific fabric weight, weave, and thread specification.

Underlay stitching — the foundation nobody sees
Underlay stabilises the fabric before top stitches are applied. Without correct underlay, designs sink into fleece, pique, and terry cloth.

Push-pull compensation — accounts for fabric movement
Fabric stretches during stitching. Without compensation your finished design looks distorted. We compensate mathematically.

Stitch sequencing — maximises production efficiency
Good sequencing minimises jump stitches, reduces thread changes, and prevents later stitches from distorting earlier elements.

Tie-ins and tie-offs — prevent post-wash unravelling
Locking stitches at the start and end of each element stop thread unravelling through production and washing.
